Your mission is to promote the brand, vision and products of Chick-fil-A.

You will be responsible for the events, promotion, team member care and community involvement of Chick-fil-A New Bern. Our goal is to create remarkable experiences for our guests through social media and in-restaurant engagement and further grow the business by creating brand loyalty with guests and team members.

Role Responsibilities

Social Media

• Schedule weekly content for Social Media outlets (Facebook and Instagram) that will engage, promote interaction among guests and also promote our brand and products.

Come up with original content and stay on top of our monthly calendar so that it's relevant to our restaurant and our guests.

Learn and implement changing trends to maximize local reach

Respond to comments, messages and posts and keep our pages interactive and up-to-date.

We may also receive complaints or special requests and will direct them accordingly.

Community Involvement

Point person for any outside events to engage and connect with those in our local community

Create and foster relationships with potential partnership opportunities within businesses, schools, hospitals etc.

Blitzing the community with food distribution/promotional materials to promote catering, events, hiring, giveaways etc. in a strategic manner
