Team Member Requirements at Chick-fil-A:

Must be 14 years of age or older

Full-Time Availability:

Availability Monday to Saturday (work schedule would be 4-5 days a week)

Daytime availability preferred 5:30am - 5:00pm

Night availability 11:00am - 10:30pm or 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Part-Time Availability:

Minimum availability required on Fridays and Saturdays

Responsibilities of Customer Service Team Members

Familiarize with all menu items.

• Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas.
• Perform various kitchen and front-end cleaning and stocking activities, such as dishwashing, general and equipment cleaning, food and supply storage, and rotation.
• Handle all food-related activities, storage, and cleaning in accordance with sanitary procedures that comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures.

Interact with our guests anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.

Execute dining room hospitality ensuring all guests receive prompt and continuous attention.

Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during high-volume periods, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests.

Heart of House (Kitchen) Team Member

Responsibilities

Know all Chick-fil-A menu items and their respective recipes.

Execute hospitality by cooking, preparing, and presenting food orders to meet Chick-fil-A quality standards.

Contribute to a safe and positive overall environment by maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift in all food preparation areas.

Perform various kitchen cleaning and stocking activities, such as dishwashing, general and equipment cleaning, food and supply storage, and rotation.

Handle all food-related activities, storage, and cleaning in accordance with sanitary procedures that comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures.

Maintain a calm attitude, especially during high-volume periods, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests.
