Main Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing heavy-duty cleaning.

Engage in regular maintenance and repair activities as needed.

Keep building floors spotless through detail cleaning.

Ensure restrooms are clean, serviced, and resupplied.

Clean and maintain equipment.

Communicate with vendors on work orders.

Job Requirements

Preferred experience in cleaning/janitorial work and/or maintenance.

Knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning equipment.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Ability to respond and act quickly in various situations.

Able to work early mornings/nights when needed.

Availability to work when the restaurant is closed on occasion.

Must have mechanical skill set to access and resolve equipment issues.

Must have high standards for cleanliness/details.
