Our Back of House Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Back of House Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks in ensuring great quality and food safety runs effectively, and coaching/developing back of house team members. Back of House Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader

Responsibilities

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

  • Lead Kitchen shifts
  • Train and develop new and existing team members to Pathway Standards
  • Monitor quality of food
  • Ensure food safety is upheld
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder

  • Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
