Full Job Description
Catering Leader
Minimum of 35 hours weekly; availability to work 45 hours a week as needed.
Monday-Saturday full availability, must be willing to adapt availability to meet store needs.
Inspiring growth: Developing innovative strategies to increase sales and foster customer loyalty inside and outside the restaurants through catering, ADP, mobile and FOH sales.
Enhancing our brand: Through marketing and community events, ensuring every aspect of our restaurant reflects the values and standards that make Chick-fil-A unique.
Delivering operational excellence: Leading the charge in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests inside and outside the restaurant by ensuring the team delivers daily operational excellence.
Support and influence the restaurant's overall operational and financial goals.
Build relationships with the community in effort to increase catering sales. (Specific goals upon hire).
Work flexible work schedules to support the restaurant's operations and guest demands.
Facilitate the sequence of food preparation to ensure an on-time delivery to the guest.
Effectively execute every catering order with care and excellence.
Support receiving and entering of catering orders into the POS system.
Complete the set-up and preparation for each catering order; boxes, utensils, sauces, TMS bags, etc.
Support the delivery of catering orders when needed.
Stow all catering related items away upon return to the restaurant.
Ensure catering orders are tendered upon delivery.
Maintain inventory of catering supplies and inform the Kitchen Director of ordering needs.
Implement systems and processes to improve the catering fulfillment process.
When not involved in catering, able to perform on-shift responsibilities FOH or BOH.
