Guest Experience Team Member | Chick-fil-A St. Clairsville

At Chick-fil-A St. Clairsville, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating genuine connections and delivering exceptional experiences to every guest. Whether you're taking orders, serving in the dining room, delivering meals, or welcoming guests outside in our drive-thru, you'll help make someone's day a little brighter.

What You'll Do

• Create remarkable experiences through genuine hospitality and the Chick-fil-A Core 4.
• Serve guests in a variety of Front of House positions, including the front counter, dining room, drive-thru, mobile orders, and outdoor order taking.
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Accurately take and deliver orders with speed, care, and attention to detail.
• Keep the restaurant clean, welcoming, and ready for every guest.
• Work as a team to ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for.

• Weekend availability required.
• Available until at least 5:00 PM in the AM.
• Available by 5:00 PM and able to work at least 2 closing shifts each week in the PM.
• Minimum of 12 hours per week.
