We are currently hiring for the following Directors:

Hospitality (Front of House); Kitchen Operations (Back of House); Talent & HR Director; Marketing & Brand Growth.

These roles will begin on/around Monday, November 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a restaurant culture focused on growth and hospitality

Maintain and enhance the guest experience

• Manage, develop, and oversee a team of team members and leaders
• Assist with staff scheduling and oversee service speed, quality, and accuracy

Maximize processes to increase efficiency

Enforce company policies and hold staff accountable

Participate in weekly director meetings

Lead weekly meetings with restaurant leaders

Assist in training of new hires, set the tone and act as a role model for our team

Be a friendly, encouraging team player

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications

Flexible schedule availability

Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs on a regular basis

Ability to stand for extended periods

40-45 hours per week position

Problem-solving leadership, goal-orientation, multitasking ability, and results-focused approach
