Chick-fil-A Truck / Utilities Team Member (BOH Support)

The Truck / Utilities Team Member is a key part of our Back of House operation. This person helps receive and stock inventory from our delivery trucks, maintains organization in storage areas, and supports the BOH team through utility tasks that keep the kitchen running smoothly.

This is a physical, fast-moving role that requires hustle, awareness, and attention to detail. If you like working hard, staying organized, and being the person the team can count on, you'll thrive here.

Schedule & Availability: 4:30am - 2:00pm (4:30am is the start time every shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and stock deliveries quickly, safely, and accurately
• Organize walk-in, freezer, dry storage, and BOH stock areas
• Rotate product using FIFO and keep inventory orderly and accessible
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom environment
• Support the BOH team with utility tasks that help the operation stay ahead
• Communicate clearly with leaders about shortages, needs, and priorities
• Work with urgency while staying careful and precise
• Follow all safety and food handling procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, bend, carry, push/pull, and move quickly for extended periods
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work in walk-in and storage environments
