This location is operated by COR Restaurant Services, LLC ("COR Services" or the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, Inc., managed by Interim Managers.

Responsibilities

1. Follow Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures.
2. Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
3. Take orders and make accurate changes quickly.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
5. Ensure guest complaints are resolved adequately and promptly.
6. Guarantee product quality and consistency.
7. Assist leaders in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.
8. Model and support clear communications between the front of house and kitchen staff.
9. Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
10. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications Preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, yet efficiently and thoroughly.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Honors and encourages others to follow the company's visions and values.
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
