Chick-fil-A Team Member OpportunityThe Operator, Jerry Cotney, started as a cashier and makes this promise: to provide resources and opportunity for you to grow & develop yourself. The entry level pay is $14.50. Our pay scale goes up to $16 for non-leaders and over $20 for leadership.

Pay rates increase as responsibility grows in our leadership development process that's open to all from day 1. No previous experience required! You will be paired 1 on 1 with an experienced trainer for approximately 40 hours or more if needed, to get started. Our purpose is to glorify God by caring. That starts with caring for you!

Back of House Team Member

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed

    Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

    Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
