Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Unload, stock, and organize truck product for the day
- Check produce while unloading to ensure usable and if not, follow system for returning
- Check product received compared to product ordered and follow systems if items missing
- Ensure product is always organized
- Monitor inventory and advise Team Leads and Directors if any items are out or low each day
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized restaurant
- If truck is complete before shift end, assist Prep if needed (chop lettuce, shred chicken, etc.)
