Responsibilities

Smile and create emotional connections with guests

• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically

Multitask quickly and thoroughly

Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable

Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and

Requirements

Cheerful and positive attitude

Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and able to multi-task

Works well independently and in a team environment

Flexible schedule availability

Ability to perform basic math

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to be active for up to 8 hours per day

Ability to bend, twist, and utilize a ladder

Work outside in weather elements including summer heat and winter cold

Move with urgency as determined by volume of sales

Reading, writing, and basic math and English verbal communication skills required
