- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Know the duties of the kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, and food preparation
- Stock the kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety procedures and standards
- Set a tone for teamwork and encourage others to do the same by being positive and kind
- Always look for and recommend improvements for both the operation and yourself
