PM Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead Chick-fil-A Glenwood PlaceChick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for a motivated and dependable PM Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead to join our leadership team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that our team delivers quality food with speed, accuracy, and care.

Pay Range

$18.00 $19.00 per hour

Shift Availability

11:00 AM 11:00 PM (must have full availability for this shift)

Responsibilities

Lead BOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations

Model and maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization

• Support and coach team members to maximize performance and teamwork
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, and kitchen flow to meet demand and uphold quality
• Communicate clearly with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure timely service
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities as scheduled

Uphold and enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Chick-fil-A policies

Qualifications

Prior kitchen or food service leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)

ServSafe Certification (preferred, not required)
