Responsibilities

Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically with guests

Make emotional connections with guests to provide an exceptional dining or drive-thru experience

Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

Multitask quickly and efficiently

Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic

Work on your feet for several hours at a time

Work outside in any weather condition

Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and

Requirements

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older

Consistency and reliability

Cheerful and positive attitude

Able to multitask efficiently

Works well independently and in a team environment

Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
