Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Providing exceptional taste of food and ensuring that guests have a positive and timely dining experience
- Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
- Coach and mentor team members for improved work performance
- Training and developing team members to maximize their potential and performance
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with labor management to ensure proper staffing levels and labor cost controls
- Collaborating with other leaders to problem solve day to day issues that arise and to minimize hindrances the team may display during their day
- Fosters a culture of caring
- Upholding Chick-fil-A's values and culture by leading by example and demonstrating integrity, respect, and excellence in all aspects of the job
- Assists with the in-restaurant operation as needed
- Other duties as assigned
