Compensation: $11.25 - $12.45 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time, with required availability Fridays and Saturdays (Minimum 12 hours/week) - Shifts are 11am-2pm or 11am-3pm

• Create genuine, positive interactions with every guest
• Deliver quick, accurate, and consistent service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all areas of the restaurant
• Rotate through multiple positions including front-of-house, drive-thru, and kitchen
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Take initiative and ownership over your duties and guest interactions
• Maintain alignment with Chick-fil-A Whitestown's brand, culture, and standards of excellence
• Uphold our "I'm Third" philosophy: guests first, team second, self third
• Abide by our Team Member Playbook and all internal policies

• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to team success
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays, with a minimum of 12 hours/week
• Must be able to:
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, including speaking and listening, in a fast-paced environment
• Review and interpret information on monitors, digital screens, product packaging, and expiration labels
• Lift up to 30 pounds, and move freely throughout kitchen, counter, and outdoor areas
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Adapt to different roles as needed during a shift
