Chick-fil-A Back of House Team Member
Chick-fil-A is hiring! We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Back of House team. This is a great opportunity to build valuable skills and grow both personally and professionally.

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play an essential role in preparing, cooking, and assembling our quality food while maintaining the highest food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and possessing a strong sense of accountability and follow-through. Additionally, we seek individuals who embody our "Core 4" principles: making eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking in an enthusiastic tone, and always saying "My Pleasure"!

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Have availability to close most nights
  • Must be over 16 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle cooking equipment, pans, and navigate shelving
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
