Chick-fil-A Leadership PositionAt Chick-fil-A, we seek leaders developed to support the business by communicating, following up, training, and coaching all team members to achieve service and revenue goals as a team. Leadership will oversee team members in business development and in the continuous pursuit of "operational excellence," while creating a positive work culture. Leadership serves in multiple areas of responsibility and oversees the overall restaurant flow. Leaders are tasked with ensuring we meet and exceed our high goals and standards. Responsibilities
Follow Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
- Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Leadership Team.
- Work with the leadership team to ensure adequate daily and restaurant staffing levels.
- Must be an excellent trainer, communicator, and team builder.
Achieve annual strategic business results through focus and action on monthly and quarterly goals and tasks.
Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
