Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Lead the onboarding process for all new team members, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience
  • Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefit programs
  • Process payroll accurately, including deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related transactions
  • Manage all team member uniform orders and inventory
  • Complete team member check-ins and performance evaluations as directed by the Executive Director
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records, including evaluations, food handler certifications, onboarding documents, and termination paperwork
  • Process invoices and prepare end-of-month reporting packages
  • Assist with team scheduling and staffing needs as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
  • Support restaurant leadership with HR initiatives and administrative projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operator

Human Resources Director

Qualifications
  • Previous Human Resources, Payroll, Office Management, or Administrative experience preferred
