Responsibilities of back of house team members include
Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Knowing the duties for all cooking stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food prep
Stocking kitchen inventory as needed
Keeping the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
Staying up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
Completing all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
