Responsibilities include preparing, cooking and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards; assisting in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times; keeping up to date with current promotions and new products; working safely around kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty; maintaining personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification; always adhering to all company policies and procedures; carrying out instructions given by the management team and operator; and protecting the interest of the operator.

Requirements include being available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, being able to speak Spanish, being at least 18 years of age, being able to lift items of at least 10lbs, being able to work in a hot and tight environment, being able to work well under pressure, being able to work in a very fast paced environment for multiple hours in a row, and willingness to learn various positions and move around throughout the shift.

Work schedule includes 8 hour shift, 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, and weekend availability.
