Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Strategize and implement a constant pipeline of quality talent
  • All necessary record-keeping
  • Maintain a systematic program of effective Team Member engagement
  • Work with Shift Leaders to ensure effective implementation of training, tracking, and accountability
  • Assertively build and maintain a culture reflective of CFA Suwanee's mission, vision, and core values
  • Oversee and execute team member disciplinary actions, maintaining fairness, integrity, and legal/ethical standards
  • Manage the administration of team member benefits
  • Maintain team member profiles
  • Provide timely reports as required
  • Provide for uniforms and all other materials associated with basic team member needs
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs, including staffing level, retention rate, performance targets, labor costs, and team member satisfaction

Experience Requirements

Required

One year of Chick-fil-A leadership experience or equivalent

Preferred

Three or more years of Chick-fil-A leadership, including operations (or equivalent)

1 year of experience

Talent Director

The Talent Director will develop and sustain a comprehensive program of staffing that maintains appropriate levels of top-performing talent who exist in, and operate commensurate with, a culture reflective of our vision, values, and business objectives.

What the Talent Director Will Know
  • The Purpose and Shared Vision of Chick-fil-A
  • The mission, vision, and core values of Chick-fil-A Suwanee Road
  • The Critical Success Factors and the role of Talent in the overall organization
  • The currently prioritized business objectives and the role of Talent in those pursuits
  • A working knowledge of CEM, including drill-down levels of scoring
  • Current status of the company's workforce readiness in every aspect, along with relevant and significant trend lines
  • Basic knowledge of relevant HR principles and legal concerns related to attracting, hiring, training, maintaining, and disciplinary actions for a healthy, quality workforce
  • Functional knowledge of Apps and platforms necessary to the position
  • Basic knowledge of daily operations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Minimum Qualifications
  • One year of Chick-fil-A leadership experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with teams and leaders
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Self-starter able to work independently
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email, and basic web browser functionality
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Capable of managing both digital and physical file organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or similar field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Three or more years of Chick-fil-A leadership, including operations (or equivalent)
  • Applied knowledge of Team Member training
  • Proficiency with Trello, Monday, or other project management app(s)
