Full Job Description
We are looking for someone to work part- or full-time as a team member at our restaurant during our night shifts. This position has been created with the goal of long-term potential for leadership, so all applicants must be willing to make a foreseeable commitment of at least the next 2-4 years.
How It Works:
- Hired as a team member, selected applicants will undergo training in all front-line positions.
- After a probationary period of six months, selected team members will have the opportunity for leadership training toward the goal of becoming a night-time shift supervisor.

- Works well in a fast-paced environment in a group of team members of diverse ages
- Previous Chick-fil-A or QSR experience highly preferred
Work schedule:
- Shifts will be between the hours of 1:30PM-10:45PM
- Friday and Saturday availability required.
