Our Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and holding team members accountable for providing REMARKable food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a talented team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist in training team members and upcoming leaders.
• Fostering a positive work culture which retains and attracts talent.
• Create and execute a plan for success each day.
• Regularly monitor key business metrics and track results in areas of opportunity.
• Open or close the restaurant daily.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ Age Requirement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• A passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Commitment to continued personal development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume business.
• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management; any Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
• Availability to open or close 5 days/week, including weekends and holidays; We are CLOSED on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• ServSafe certification required within 90 days.
