Responsibilities

Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication

• Lead a team of 8
• leaders with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain an open and flexible schedule to meet business needs

Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled

Coach supervisors to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results

Work in the store at Alma School & Southern and perform all other assigned duties

Qualifications

Must be 18 or older

Experience as a leader, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment

Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members

Track record of ownership and commitment to completion

Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position

Must display optimism and possess a positive attitude

Initiative and hospitality skills
