Back of the House Catering and Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

Assist with cooking, prepping, and staging products to support catering demand.

• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and catering leadership regarding order status.

Adapt to changing priorities, such as last-minute orders or adjustments.

Support other BOH roles during non-peak catering hours.

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

Assist in loading catering vehicles with prepared orders for safe transport.

Maintain food safety and quality during transport by following approved handling procedures.

Support delivery routes as assigned, representing Chick-fil-A with professionalism and warmth.

Accurately assemble and package catering orders according to Chick-fil-A brand standards.

Maintain high attention to detail with portioning, labeling, and order accuracy.

Ensure all catering orders are hot, fresh, and ready at the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Maintain clean and organized prep, packaging, and storage areas.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.

Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old (for driving and equipment safety requirements).

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong time management and organization skills.

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Can successfully uphold and demonstrate Chick-fil-A The Gardens Vision, Mission & Core Values

Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low

Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required

Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment

Bend and lift up to 50 lbs

Stand for long periods of time

Mobility required during shifts

Must work well under pressure

Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
