We are looking for team members who are full-time and part-time. Team members must be available on a variety of days, including Fridays or Saturdays. Responsibilities

Follow Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures.

Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.

Take orders and make accurate changes quickly.

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.

• Ensure guest complaints are resolved adequately and promptly.
• Guarantee product quality and consistency.
• Assist leaders in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.

Model and support clear communications between the counter and kitchen staff.

Follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to work at a fast pace, yet efficiently and thoroughly.

Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.

Positive attitude.

Customer service oriented.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
