Role Expectations: Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts
Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
Training a team of 100
• Assisting upper management in increasing profitability by ensuring training is executed with an emphasis on promotion of sales and team member productivity
Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety
Work with a sense of urgency
Must be coachable and ready to learn Chick-fil-A standards of hospitality
Handle unhappy customers and take initiative to solve problems
