Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Team and Operator to build and maintain our Hospitality Promise
• Lead and coach Front of Home (FOH) Shift Supervisors and team members
• Partner with Training Director to implement training and new product rollouts

Set and visually share team goals, celebrating wins regularly

Monitor FOH labor, staffing, and daily hospitality quality standards

Oversee hospitality equipment, facilities, and cash flow management

Lead hospitality project teams and hold regular 1-on-1 meetings with supervisors

Respond to customer feedback and maintain excellent communication within the team

Own cash management system
