Chick-fil-A Team Member
A Chick-fil-A team member plays a key role in providing our customers with excellent customer service, ensuring that each customer receives high-quality products quickly and accurately, following strict quality controls, safe food procedures, and system requirements. Selected team members represent the Chick-fil-A brand and deliver Chick-fil-A service and experiences to our customers. The main responsibility of this position is to provide Chick-fil-A's operational and service requirements.

This position is vital for carrying out:
  • Our mission: to be the premium fast-service restaurant in Franklin and lead the brand in the Indy Market.
  • Our vision: to make every guest's visit memorable through Second Mile Service, 'extraordinary' food, and delightful moments.

Qualifications:
  • Must be available to be scheduled a minimum of 15 hours or more weekly part-time or 30 hours or more full-time as needed to meet our scheduling needs (availability on Saturday)
  • Must be willing to work inside and outside the restaurant during the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to stand throughout the shift
  • Be responsible to guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Anticipate and respond to customer needs according to the "Pathway" customer service language standards
  • Represent the restaurant and the brand by being presentable, professional, efficient, and friendly

Requirements:
  • Comply with the standards and procedures established by the employer's guidelines and requirements
  • Complete and pass all basic courses for team members on Pathway (training platform)
  • Relate positively with guests in a polite and friendly manner (anticipate and respond to their needs)
  • Know the menu items and related recipes
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by managing yourself professionally
  • Maintain health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including hand washing and disinfecting work areas
  • Provide ("Core 4" and "2nd Mile Winning Hearts Service") our internal service models and standards
  • Maintain a calm attitude to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitality experience for our customers and team members.
  • Comply with all local and state food codes according to established standards and guidelines
  • Comply with Chick-fil-A's food safety and Pathway procedures, as well as Chick-fil-A's operational standards
  • Comply with all safety requirements in the operation and cleaning of equipment and in restaurant work
  • Comply with Chick-fil-A's hygiene and appearance standards "Pathway" and ASPYRE LLC

Internal organization: Director > Owner/Operator > Assistant Managers > Area Leader > Trainers > Team Members/Delivery Campaigns

Meetings:
  • Attend daily meetings and reviews as needed
  • Participate in meetings as assigned by managers
  • Stay up to date with expectations and requirements
