Back Of House Team Member
We are looking for a part time, Back of House Team Member with morning availability! Availability 7am or earlier preferred; availability until 4pm preferred. We are not accepting 14/15 year old applicants at this time. Physical ability to repeatedly lift 15-20lbs is a requirement for some positions within the kitchen.

As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A of Anderson, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring order accuracy. Your attention to detail, speed, and commitment to our Core Values will contribute to our Shared Vision of being "the world's most caring company".

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation:

• Follow Chick-fil-A's guidelines to prepare and cook menu items
• Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards
• Maintain inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed

Order Accuracy:

• Accurately assemble food items based on customer requests
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns

Kitchen Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs

Efficiency and Speed:

• Work efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A's commitment to fast service without compromising on order accuracy
• Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely order delivery

Teamwork:

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
• Support fellow team members in their roles to maintain a high level of efficiency and service excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
