Chick-fil-A Back of House Team MemberAs a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering the quality and care Chick-fil-A is known for. Your responsibilities include preparing and handling raw chicken, operating kitchen equipment, assembling cooked chicken products for guest orders, maintaining cleanliness in the dish area, and supporting food safety and quality standards. You'll also assist the Front of House team and complete additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assemble and package cooked menu items with attention to quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dish area
- Support Front of House operations when needed
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
Qualifications

Willingness to learn and perform a variety of kitchen tasks

Part Time: Full-Time Team Members are required to work 32
Part-Time Team Members are required to work a minimum of 15 hours a week. Scheduling is flexible as well as time off. Pay is limited to a part time pay range.

Hours and Scheduling
Candlers operates 6am - 10pm/Wards Road operates 6am - 9am/River Ridge operates 10am - 8pm Monday through Saturday with a commitment to being closed on Sundays. We ask for a 15 hour per week minimum and have all positions and shifts available for full-time and part-time including morning, day, and evening. We use an online scheduling platform to make requesting time off and accessing your schedule as user-friendly as possible.
Competitive
Pay
Competitive pay starts at $12.41/hr for part-time team members and $14-15/hr for full-time team members but is based on past experience, commitment, and availability. The more open your availability is - the more you could get paid!
No Experience Is Necessary: We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
