Team Member

They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Members are responsible for completing tasks in executing daily operations and keeping their team mates accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

Job Type: Part-Time & Full-time. Must be at least 16 years old.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday. 5am-5pm availability, 11am-5pm availability, 5pm-11pm availability.

Team Member Responsibilities: Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant, offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs, assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team, be a friendly, encouraging team player, open and/or close, excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
