Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation:

Follow Chick-fil-A's guidelines to prepare and cook menu items

Ensure all food items are cooked to perfection and meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards

Maintain inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed

Order Accuracy:

Accurately assemble food items based on customer requests

Collaborate with the Front of House team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns

Kitchen Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs

Efficiency and Speed:

Work efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A's commitment to fast service without compromising on order accuracy

Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely order delivery

Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals

Support fellow team members in their roles to maintain a high level of efficiency and service excellence

Qualifications and

Requirements

Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
