Initial Uniform Cost
• Reimbursed at 6 months.
Employee Meal
• Subject to our reliability policy. Use up to $13 per shift worked. Over $3,000 annually for a full-time team member working 5 days a week.
Performance Raises
• Receive your first raise at 90 days and annually.
Employee Referral Program - $150 bonus when someone you recommend is hired and stays with us for 6 months.
Transportation Support
• Metro Fare/Light Rail Reimbursement up to $65 per month.
Childcare Assistance for Working Families
• Up to $350 per month.
Retirement Contribution
• Simple IRA match up to 3%.
Grade Reimbursement - $25 per "A" every semester for core classes for students who have at least 3 days of availability.
