Chick-fil-A Team MemberA Chick-fil-A Team Member plays a vital role in providing our customers with excellent customer service by ensuring each guest will be served great quality products with speed and accuracy, while following very strict quality controls, food safe procedures, and system requirements. Chick-fil-A Team Members have been selected to represent the Chick-fil-A Brand and provide Chick-fil-A Service and Experiences for our customers. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide Chick-fil-A operational & service requirements.

Qualifications
Must be available to be scheduled weekly a minimum of 15 hrs or more per week part-time or 30 hrs or more per week full-time as needed to fulfill our scheduling needs (Saturday Availability)
- Must be willing to work inside and outside of the restaurant during shift
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Must be able to stand on feet for the duration of shift
Be engaging with guests in a polite, friendly manner
Anticipate & respond to guests needs according to "Pathway" customer service language standards
Represent restaurant and the Brand by being presentable, professional, efficient and friendly
Requirements
Comply with the standards and procedures set forth by employer guidelines and requirements
Engage positively with guests in a polite and friendly manner (anticipate and respond to their needs)
Become knowledgeable of menu items & the related recipes
Providing ("Core 4" and "2nd Mile Winning Hearts Service") our internal service models and standards
Adhere to all local and state food codes according to set standards and guidelines
Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safe and Pathway procedures as well as Chick-fil-A Operating Standards
Adhere to all safety requirements in operating and cleaning equipment and working in the restaurant
Adhere to Chick-fil-A "Pathway" and ASPYRE LLC hygiene and appearance standards

Meetings:
Attend daily huddles and check ins as needed
Participate in meetings as assigned by directors
Stay current w/ expectations and requirements
