Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 14 years of age upon hire date
• Go above and beyond for Fellow Team Members and Guests; provide Second Mile Service
• Ensure all guests receive attentive and courteous service, signature of Chick-fil-A
• Be punctual, responsible, dependable, courteous, coachable, and mature
• Be available to work most Fridays, Saturdays, early morning and late night shifts
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures

• Have strong communication/verbal skills
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Have an eye for detail and prepare all products to Chick-fil-A Standards

As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile!
