Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Safely load, transport, and deliver catering and mobile orders in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent guest service at drop-off, extending Chick-fil-A hospitality beyond the restaurant.
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency always.
- Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery equipment (cleanliness, organization, and accuracy).
- Follow all traffic laws, practice safe driving habits, and uphold company driving standards.
- Ensure all orders are complete, properly bagged, sealed, and include condiments, utensils, and paper goods as requested.
- Protect and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand while addressing guest concerns with care and urgency.
- Communicate with supervisors to receive duties and updates for each shift.
- Keep delivery bags, phone mounts, and company vehicles clean and in proper condition.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code, grooming, and professionalism standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
