Back of House Team Member (Full-Time) - Serve with Excellence Behind the Scenes

At Chick-fil-A Kennewick, we're looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as full-time Back of House Team Members. In this role, you'll help prepare delicious food quickly and safely, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support your teammates in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble food with speed and accuracy.
  • Rotate between kitchen roles (breading, fries, food prep, dishwashing).
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
  • Help with restocking, setup, and cleanup throughout your shift.
  • Work as part of a positive, fast-paced team.

Who We're Looking For:

Schedule & Availability:

  • Full-time (32+ hours per week)
  • Must be available for some peak shifts (early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays)
  • Always closed on Sundays

Compensation:

  • $17.15-$17.40/hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions
  • $18.00-18.90/hour with open availability and/or prior Chick-fil-A trainer experience
