Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~100 toward our collective goals
• Steward our finances and ensure we are honoring God, our team, and our guests with our resources
• Ensure each guest has the opportunity to receive best in class service
• Work closely with a diverse team of leaders to invest in, develop, and encourage our team to grow
• Grow our brand locally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Desire to grow and achieve something meaningful
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
