Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Warmly greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take and process orders with accuracy and efficiency whether in the dining room, drive-thru, or mobile ordering
- Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, friendly service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest areas throughout the shift
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A's high standards
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness practices are followed at all times
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients to meet brand expectations
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain open and respectful communication with leadership and coworkers
- Support a positive team culture through encouragement and accountability
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment especially during high-volume periods
- Take initiative and seek feedback to continuously improve performance
- Show readiness for expanded responsibilities and potential promotion opportunities
