Responsibilities of front of house team members include
Smiling
Creating and maintaining eye contact
Honoring and encouraging others to follow the restaurant's vision and values
Being team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, with a strong work ethic
Communicating effectively with guests and team members
Adhering to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code at all times
Other duties assigned, including delivery drivers and back of house tasks
