Team Member Closing
A team member closing is someone who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have a strong character, take initiative, and work with a sense of urgency at all times. They work as a team to close our restaurant and reset it for the next morning.

Work Schedule:
Full-time closers typically work from 14:00 to 22:30/23:30.

Closing responsibilities:

• Participate operationally in daily activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guest needs
• Be a friendly and motivating team player
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Restock/restock the front counter and/or kitchen for the next morning
• Clean equipment
• Complete other closing tasks as assigned
