Your mission is to promote the brand, vision, and products of Chick-fil-A.

You will be responsible for events, promotion, team member care, and community involvement for Chick-fil-A New Bern. Our goal is to create extraordinary experiences for our customers through social media and restaurant participation and to grow the business even further by creating brand loyalty with guests and team members.

Responsibilities of the role include

• Schedule weekly content for social media (Facebook and Instagram) that will attract, promote guest interaction, and also promote our brand and products.
• Create original content and stay aware of our monthly calendar to be relevant to our restaurant and our customers.
• Learn and implement changing trends to maximize local outreach.

Respond to comments, messages, and posts and keep our pages interactive and updated.

We may also receive complaints or special requests and direct them accordingly.

Community involvement

Point of contact for any external events to engage and connect with our local community members

Create and foster relationships with potential partnership opportunities within businesses, schools, hospitals, etc.

Bombard the community with food/promotional material distribution to promote catering, events, hiring, gifts, etc. in a strategic manner.
