Our Manager in Training is responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping yourself accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Manager's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and being a coach in any position. Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow with a positive attitude on the job.

Responsibilities

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant

Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs

Set the tone for a shift and act as a role model for our team

Be a friendly, encouraging team player

Open and/or close, learn all operations for your role, and clean the restaurant

Be on time, coachable, positive, and a positive influence on all staff around you

Excellent communication skills with a smile and say "My Pleasure" to all guests
