Responsibilities of back of house team members

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

Know duties for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep tables, and food preparation

Stock kitchen inventory as needed

Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times

Stay current with new products launched by Chick-fil-A

Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership

Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes

Complete all opening or closing duties as assigned

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
