Night Shift Availability RequiredThis position requires evening availability. Team Members must be able to work until:

10:30 PM — Monday through Thursday

11:30 PM — Friday

10:30 PM — Saturday

What You'll DoAs a Back of House Team Member, you'll help prepare quality food and keep our kitchen operating safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing and serving high-quality food quickly and accurately

• Learning and working across multiple kitchen stations, including fries, breading, boards, and prep

Following all food safety, quality, and operational standards

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen

Stocking products and managing inventory as needed

Supporting your teammates during high-volume evening periods

Communicating effectively with other team members throughout the shift

Completing cleaning and closing responsibilities with excellence

Resetting and stocking the kitchen so it is ready for the next day

Learning new menu items, procedures, and restaurant standards

Taking initiative and looking for ways to help your team succeed

18 years old or older

Available to work the required evening hours

Reliable and consistent

Ready to take ownership of your responsibilities

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
