You will oversee all Front of House Operations from our Dining room to our Drive Thru. Serving our guests at a high level while leading the Front of House Staff to do the same.
You will help coach, train and lead a group of people to execute Hospitality and 2nd mile service in all operations of the front of house.
You will be expected to hold accountability for yourself and the entire Staff for policies of the store, Food Safety, Food Quality and Hospitality.

Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Auburn Gold Rush by providing attentive and courteous service to our valued guests
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in drive-thru, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that each guest has a memorable, personalized experience
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications and
Requirements
3 Years of Leadership Experience
Consistency and reliability
Cheerful and positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others
Customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Able to multi-task
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
Previous restaurant experience is a plus
Must have a reliable source of transportation
Must be Self Reliant and take initiative
Be able to Set and Track goals for your department
Own Numbers and be able to adapt quickly to what is not working
