Key responsibilities include:

• Perform minor plumbing repairs, yard work, and cleaning tasks.
• Conduct regular surveys of facilities and handle minor repairs.
• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, mulching, weeding, and snow shoveling.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in top condition through preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in general maintenance processes and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety guidelines.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate maintenance calls, including availability one Sunday afternoon a month.
